Multi-Tech’s Aqua Buff 2000 is a versatile, water-based polishing compound designed to remove fine sanding scratches (800-grit or higher) and swirl marks, bringing surfaces to a bright, mirror-like finish. It is ideal for use on gelcoat, acrylic, FRP parts, metals, and painted surfaces. This compound is perfect for polishing composite patterns, plugs, masters, and molds, making it an essential tool for any surface restoration or maintenance project.
Designed for ease of use, Aqua Buff 2000 should be applied with a brush or cloth, and then machine buffed with a clean, damp lamb’s wool pad at 2500 RPM or higher. If the compound becomes dry while buffing, re-wet the surface by misting it with water. For best results, start with Aqua Buff 1000 for more aggressive sanding scratch removal before finishing with Aqua Buff 2000. This product is a must-have for achieving a pristine finish in all your bathware repair and refinishing projects.
