| SHIPPING METHODS |
- U.S. - Shipments will be automatically sent via UPS Ground or Fed-Ex unless a different method of delivery is requested (i.e., Overnight / 2nd Day / 3rd Day). Allow up to 12 business days for delivery.
- Alaska, Hawaii - Shipments can only be shipped via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air. Hazardous fees will apply on flammable liquid.
- Canada, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico - Express shipments will be shipped UPS or Fed-Ex. Allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery. UPS Standard Ground to Canada now available. Hazardous fees apply on flammable liquid.
- International - Express shipments will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex. Allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Hazardous fees will apply. Call for quote. For best rate on larger orders, freight shipment is available. Allow up to 23 days for delivery. Hazardous material packaging fees apply to all international air shipments.

| SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES |
| Beware! Overnight hazardous shipments can get expensive. The carriers (UPS, Fed-Ex) assess their own fees which we have no control over. Air shipment and hazardous fees are most common. We recommend calling us for a quote before choosing this method of shipment. |
- All hazmat shipments are assessed an additional handling fee.
- U.S. ground orders will not receive a hazardous fee unless the shipment requires a 5 gallon container. Beware of companies that charge you HazMat fees for no reason.
- Custom color matches that do not meet the minimum order requirement of $25.00 will be charged the difference.
- All address changes must be made prior to placing an order. Any cost incurred by Multi-Tech® Products to forward items will be billed to customer.

| PRICING AND TERMS |
- Shipments will be billed at the prices, terms and conditions of sale in effect on the day of shipment. Price and terms of conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
- Shipments are FOB Murrieta, California. Shipping and handling fees and hazardous materials fees are to be paid by the buyer.
- Air shipments must be placed by 12:00 PM PST to be processed same day.
- Terms for U.S., Alaska and Hawaii are C.O.D. (Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Company Check). We accept Discover, VISA, MasterCard and American Express for payment.
- Terms for International and Canada are credit card, Cashier’s Check or by Wire Transfer. All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars only!

| PRODUCTS / RETURNS / WARRANTIES |
- Most of our Products are intended for use by professional technicians. All repairs should be made in strict accordance with the guidelines contained in “Procedures for Repair”.
- Color matching and completed repair appearance are to be determined by the technician making the repair and are not warranted by Multi-Tech® Products.
- Freight Claims and Shipping Damage must be reported within 24 Hours of receipt of shipment.
- Shipping Errors by Multi-Tech® Products must be reported within 48 Hours of receipt of product to make a claim.
- Returns: There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
