With its high coverage and wetting component called Finishing Solvent, our Quick Glaze® System minimizes your time spent on the job sanding and buffing. The Quick Glaze® System is also ideal for “wet area” spa/hot tub repairs with our proprietary K2000 Clear Top Coat and Acrylic Filler. Please be advised that post-repair curing is imperative. The Quick Glaze® System can be considered as a valuable alternative to MMA System® where polishing is required.
Our MMA System® is well known among most technicians for acrylic bathware repairs. The MMA System® repair system has been formulated for repairing marble, pearl and solid color spas. It is commonly used by manufacturers since it can be buffed and polished to provide a very high-quality surface finish. Since manufacturing plants frequently contain airborne contaminants that interfere with the coating quality, it is important to be able to sand, buff, and polish to achieve the finest surface. Please not that clear coating is absolutely necessary. Our MMA System® is a sprayable acrylic system is designed to serve the needs of surface repair technicians in the factory and on the production line. Since this is an “air dry” system, it will require the correct thinner for ambient working conditions for best spray performance. After clear coating, buffing will be necessary to achieve that perfect repair on many surfaces. Take advantage of this proven industry repair system!
We also offer GRANITE AND QUARITE SPA REPAIR MATERIALS for repairing granite/quarite spas. Our GRANITE/QUARITE repair system has been formulated to be easy to use and is suitable for professional or DIY applications. Granite surfaces are generally the easiest to repair. An acrylic resin, with colored particles like the sheet, is used to match the appearance and texture of the surface. Multiple particle size ingredients can be ordered from Multi-Tech to better match the particles in the spa, which have been deformed in the manufacturing process.
