Texturing additive polymer powder for base coats, clear coat or gel coat to create an attractive even slip resistant texture or safety tread for spa, bath, boat or floorsurface. Grit is translucent in color. Will not change coating color. Add 1 oz. per gallon.
Available in three grit sizes:
- Fine (powder size) 100 mesh
- Medium - Most Common (sugar size) 40-60 mesh
- Heavy (salt size) 40 mesh
Applications: Marine, Shower, Utility, Hot tubs, pool decks, steps, stairs, walk ways, ramps, garage, patios, decks, floor finish, interior floors, exterior floors.
Industrial grade polymer suspends evenly in coatings or resin: Use in clear coat, epoxy, sealers, polyurethane as well as color coatings.

Excellent in shop paint to create a sand texture treatment, slip resistant floor or step on grip.

Texture additive/ Medium grit
I used this additive recently on a tub floor repair. Mixed into gelcoat white and rolled with mini paint roller. Excellent feel of slip resistance was achieved.
